I designed a grievance soft landing page to make it easy for employees to file a grievance. The page is simple and straightforward, with clear instructions and helpful resources. It is also mobile-friendly, so employees can file a grievance from anywhere.
I started by conducting user research to understand the needs of employees. I then created wireframes and prototypes to test different design ideas. Once I had a final design, I created the page using Figma, After Effects, Photoshop, and Affinity Designer.
The grievance soft landing page has been well-received by employees. It is easy to use and provides employees with the information they need to file a grievance. The page has also helped to increase the number of grievances filed, which has helped to improve employee satisfaction.
